At Official COBI Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all COBI garment tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
